Museum Passes

Thanks to the generosity of the Friends of the Phillipsburg Free Public Library, the Phillipsburg Free Public Library is pleased to present our Museum Pass Program. Museum passes may be reserved by adult cardholders in good standing.

Please Touch Museum: Philadelphia, PA – NEW! Admission for up to 6 guests per day, plus 2 free parking spots and FREE carousel rides.


Eastern State Penitentiary: Philadelphia, PA – Admission for up to 6 people per day. Daytime general admission only.


Philadelphia’s Magic Gardens: Philadelphia, PA – Free general admission for 2 adults and up to 3 children under age 18, plus discounted admission for up to 6 additional guests per visit. Patrons can also use this pass for free admission and discounts to over 750 other arts, cultural, and historical institutions with North American Reciprocal Museum Association (NARM) and Reciprocal Organization of Associated Museums (ROAM) 


Elmwood Park Zoo: Norristown, PA – Pass admits two (2) adults and up to six (6) children (ages 3-12). Children 2 years old and under are free. In addition, receive a 10% discount at the gift shop, food purchases, and attractions (giraffes, bison, and bird feeding).


Discounted admission is available to PFPL patrons at the following locations:


Liberty Science Center: Jersey City, NJ – Show your library card to receive a $3 discount on admission or a 10% discount on museum membership.

Reservations can be made up to 60 days in advance and can be made online, in person, or over the phone.

Passes may be borrowed for 3 days. Returned passes must be brought to our circulation desk and cannot be left in a book drop.

Late museum passes are subject to a $2.00 per day fine. After 7 days, patrons must pay a replacement cost of $50.00.

If a pass is lost or damaged beyond repair, patrons must pay the full replacement cost of each pass.

PLEASE NOTE: Repeated failure to pick up the pass on the reserve date or to return passes on the date they are due could result in a suspension of Museum Pass privileges.
