Museum Passes

Seed Library
This new collection offers a variety of vegetable and herb seeds that Library cardholders can check out. In exchange for the free seeds, they agree to bring back saved seeds from their harvested crops to replenish the seed library for the next growing season. Visit our Seed Library webpage for details.
Puzzles
Puzzles may be checked out by any patron, 14 years or older, with a valid PFPL card.
One puzzle may be borrowed at a time, per card.
It is the responsibility of the borrower to ensure that all items are returned in the same condition as they were loaned out.
Puzzles not returned after 28 days will be assumed lost and there will be a replacement cost of $20 charged to borrower’s card.
Puzzles cannot be returned in the Book Drop, but must be brought inside.
If a puzzle piece is lost or missing, please let us know when the puzzle is returned.
The library reserves the right to limit and/or ban borrowers who repeatedly damage, lose, or incorrectly return puzzles.
We will do our best to ensure that all pieces are in the box at the time puzzles are checked out.
We are happy to accept donations of puzzles that are in good condition, gently used, and are complete.
Mobile Hotspots
Like any library, the Phillipsburg Library lets its members borrow books, magazines, movies and music. Now, members can take home something else – the internet itself. Borrowers can now check out mobile hotspots with unlimited data and have a robust internet connection at home or on the road!
