Regular Meetings
In accordance with Board Bylaws, formal meetings are to be held on the first Thursday of each month for the purpose of taking official action on matters of Library business according to agendas prepared and presented by the Library Director under direction from the Board of Trustees. Meetings will be held at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Room of the Library, at 200 Broubalow Way, Phillipsburg, New Jersey.
Special Meetings
Formal and informal meetings, as determined by the Board of Trustees, shall be held as necessary and called as provided by the Bylaws and in accordance with the requirements of state law.
All meetings of the Board of Trustees are open to the public.
