The library has paper copies of the 1040 and other popular Federal forms, instruction booklets for all three 1040 forms, and a notebook of forms that can be photocopied.
Please note that the state of New Jersey has not provided libraries with paper copies of state income tax forms for the last several years. The library staff will be happy to assist you with downloading the forms you need from the state web site.
Older adults, disabled and low-income families from Warren County may be eligible for tax preparation assistance at no cost. The library provides space to the volunteers who provide assistance. To make an appointment, call 888-387-9830 ext. 3502.
