Book Groups @ PFPL

The Book Forum - The third Wednesday of the month at 1:30.  Unlike a traditional book club, where everyone reads the same book, this is a chance to read whatever you like and share your experience with the group.  It's a great way to discover new authors and titles.

The Happy Bookers - The fourth Wednesday of every month at 7:00 p.m.  We focus on contemporary fiction and nonfiction.  Books are selected by the group.  Newcomers are always welcome, and no registration is necessary.  Call Deb at 908-454-3712 for more information. For the current selection, see the Happy Bookers Web page. Can't make the meeting?  Join our Goodreads group and participate in discussions online.

Coffee, Tea and Classics - Second Tuesday at 7:00 every other month.  Are there classic titles that you've always been meaning to read?  Books that you read in high school before you could appreciate them?  Our classic groups feature informal discussions with no grades or essay questions!  The 2014 series is The Year of Reading Dangerously, focusing on classic books that have been banned or challenged.  For details, visit the Coffee, Tea and Classics web page.
